As a result of this growth we are offering qualified applicants the opportunity for a CAREER as a BDC Sales Representative. We are offering a guaranteed base pay PLUS bonuses, a flexible schedule and comprehensive benefits package. Schedule: 11:00am to 7:00pm Monday - Friday Every other Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm (when working Saturday you will get a day off during that work week) As a BDC Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for managing all sales activities generated from our BDC department. From generating and managing sales leads to closing business, you'll be instrumental in helping this division increase overall dealership sales. This is NOT a standard, showroom floor sales position! REQUIREMENTS- Previous auto sales associate experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position. Those with experience in call center, telesales, customer service, account executive, financial services, mortgage and restaurant industries have proven to be very successful when switching careers to Auto Sales. Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance, a high school degree (or equivalent) and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Computer literate, tech savvy, high-energy, positive, out- going individuals with strong verbal communication skills WILL succeed as a Sales Associate at Rowe Ford! Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
