We specialize in helping Individuals, Families, Self-Employed, and Businesses get the BEST solutions possible with Health, Life, and Medicare. We are looking to hire a full time Agent Onboarding Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training with new agents
• Conduct training and onboarding with new agents
• Track progress and schedule necessary follow ups
• Work in Compass systems
• Work with agents to troubleshoot and offer support
• Respond to carrier and agent requests and emails in a timely manner
• Flow into other areas of Agent/Client support as needed
• Provide feedback to management on daily challenges to improve results

Qualifications

• Hardworking, perseverant, and consistent work ethic
• Familiarity with Word and Excel (basic)
• Good technology skill set - learning to use new platforms, browser navigation, data entry, folder management, etc
• Great attention to detail
• Good phone etiquette Additional Information
