As we continue to expand, we are looking for motivated Fronters/Openers to generate leads and set appointments for our sales team. Job

Responsibilities

:

• Make outbound calls to small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S.
• Introduce FSM's print and digital marketing services and spark interest.
• Qualify potential clients and schedule appointments for closers.
• Follow a proven script and engage business owners professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads. What We 're Looking For:
• Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with business owners.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or sales is a plus (but not required).
• A motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle objections and keep conversations engaging. What We Offer:
