Sales Manager - Home Care Job description Sales Manager Do You deserve a promotion? Are you pass due for a raise? $75,000.00 - $85, 000.00 base salary plus an uncapped commission based on the overall success of your sales team. Are you a closer who is driven by success? We are expanding our sales activities and seeking an experienced Sales Manager to build, lead, motivate, and manage a sales and support team responsible for marketing and selling our home care services. At SARA Companions, we pride ourselves on promoting within, but we now have some additional communities we wish to penetrate. The role requires strong closing and leadership skills and the ability to foster a high-performance culture within the team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

Include:

• To Be the Top Closer.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team in selling home care services.
• Hire, coach, and train sales staff to improve performance and productivity.
• Implement strategies to drive team success and meet sales goals.
• Report sales forecasts to senior management.
• Handle performance management, including the hiring and firing of team members. Ideal

Qualifications

:

• 5+ years proven sales and/or marketing experience, within a home care agency is essential.
• A strong understanding of the homecare industry.
• LTC insurance experience a big plus!
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to drive performance and inspire team success.
• Have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
• Completed a professional sales training program a plus!
• A valid driver's license and a personal vehicle is required.
