: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Supervisor/Sales Professional to oversee cleaning operations while driving business growth through client acquisition and relationship management. This hybrid role combines hands-on supervisory responsibilities with business development, making it ideal for someone who thrives in both operational and sales environments.

Duties

:

• Schedule & supervise janitorial staff across multiple job sites to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
• Train, schedule, and evaluate team members to maintain performance standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of job sites and address any issues or deficiencies promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Sales & Client Relations:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial sectors
• Prepare and present customized cleaning service proposals to potential clients.
• Follow up on leads, respond to inquiries, and manage the full sales cycle.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in sales & supervision. Experience preferred in B2B sales.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
