Job Summary

Our agency is the highest producing Allstate office in Oakland and was voted Best of Oakland! We have fun while getting business done. We are seeking licensed Insurance sales producers. The ideal candidate is self motivated, disciplined and interested in working for Allstate, a leader in auto and home insurance. Base pay plus commission and benefits.

Duties

- Provide service to existing customers, perform policy reviews and cross sell - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their insurance requirements - Respond to customer requests and inquiries - Provide accurate and detailed information about insurance products - Maintain client relationships and address any inquiries or concerns - Stay updated on industry trends and regulations Skills - Bilingue en Espaol - Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Insurance license required. - Prior experience in the insurance industry - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and explain complex insurance details clearly - Negotiation skills to secure the best deals for clients Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $68,500.00 - $145,000.00 per year
