Desoto Auto Mall in Arcadia, FL is in immediate need of a qualified, driven General Manager (GM) / General Sales Manager (GSM). We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager/General Sales Manager to lead our team and drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, customer service, and operational excellence. As the General Manager,/ General Sales Manager you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing strategies to enhance sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a proactive leader who can motivate staff, manage resources effectively, and foster a positive work environment. Chrysler/Stellantis experience a plus. WE OFFER:

• Motivate, train and adhere to high ethical standards while maintaining gross profit and customer service index (CSI)
• Proficiency with inventory and floor plan management
• Achieve monthly forecasted budget
• Follow up on sales leads, lost trades and service customers by working effectively with sales consultants and BDC staff by assisting in closing deals
• Manage day-to-day operations and sales leadership to achieve objectives in competitive climate
• Lead operations of all dealership departments to improve performance and achieve profitability objectives
• Assist the dealership to comply with manufacturer operations and ensure compliance in applicable federal, state & local laws and regulations.
• Communicate regularly with customers on a variety of issues and provide leadership to improve operations and lead sales managers to unprecedented success in both new and pre-owned sales. Job Type: Full-time
