Assistant BDC Manager / Team Leader - Vic Canever Chevrolet Role

Overview

Manage the Business Development Center (BDC) team responsible for inbound/outbound communications and lead generation for our Chevrolet dealership. Oversee daily operations, staff performance, and process improvement to drive sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of BDC representatives through coaching, training, and performance management
• Track, analyze, and report on key metrics including call volume, appointment rates, and conversion statistics
• Ensure high-quality customer interactions across all communication channels
• Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to align strategies
• Implement and optimize CRM utilization for lead management

Requirements

• Must be able to show documented growth in current BD or sales role
• Proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical capabilities and results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency with automotive CRM systems and digital tools Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $85,000.00 per year
