Full description of the position

Duties

- Conduct sales activities for new and used vehicles - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize various sales techniques, such as cold calling and outside sales, to generate leads and close deals - Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget - Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers - Collaborate with sales management to meet sales targets and objectives - Maintain a thorough understanding of current inventory and pricing - Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and closure of deals Experience - Previous experience in automotive sales management is REQUIRED - Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals - Proficient in basic math calculations for pricing and financing options - Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
