Position Summary
The General Manager, E-Commerce Sales & Operations, handles overseeing and driving all aspects of Frontier Justice's online sales and operations. This role focuses on revenue growth, customer experience, inventory management, and logistics. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with a passion for e-commerce, firearms retail, and omnichannel strategies.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and improve profitability.
- Identify new revenue opportunities, including product expansion, partnerships, and promotions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and e-commerce best practices to maintain Frontier Justice's market leadership. Sales & Digital Marketing
- Own the online revenue targets and sales performance, optimizing conversion rates and customer retention.
- In Partnership with Marketing, oversee digital marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling online promotions and content that enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to refine user experience and increase conversion rates. Customer Experience & Website Optimization
- Ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience across all digital touchpoints, including website, mobile, and customer service.
- Works to enhance website functionality, navigation, and checkout process.
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and support requests to continuously improve service levels and satisfaction. Inventory, Fulfillment & Logistics
- Oversee e-commerce inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing out-of-stock situations.
- Collaborate with purchasing and receiving teams to streamline fulfillment.
- Manage relationships with third-party technology vendors. Compliance & Security
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local firearm regulations for online sales and shipping.
- Work with legal and compliance teams to uphold ATF and other regulatory requirements.
- Implement best practices for fraud prevention, cybersecurity, and secure payment processing. Data Analytics & Performance Metrics
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce success, including traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
- Use data analytics tools to generate insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide regular reports to executive leadership with actionable recommendations for growth. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Foster collaboration between e-commerce, retail, marketing, and fulfillment to ensure a unified brand experience across all sales channels.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on e-commerce best practices and emerging trends.

Qualifications
& Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in retail or firearms-related industries.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Magento, WooCommerce, Ship Station, etc.), CRM, ERP, and NetSuite analytics tools.
- Experience with SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and digital marketing strategies.
- Understanding firearms industry regulations and online sales compliance is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and manage large product catalogs.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Passion for the firearms industry, Second Amendment rights, and outdoor lifestyle is a plus.
