We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pest control, wildlife trapping, sales, inspections, and customer service skills. This role involves inspecting properties for wildlife and pest related issues. sales experience is a must . The Technician will work closely with other team members to deliver high- quality service and support to our clients. Advancement opportunities in the future, we like to promote within.

Responsibilities

• inspections for residential and commercial buildings for pest and wildlife
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure reliability.
• strong customer service
• trapping wildlife
• sales
• removal of wildlife including, snakes, dead animals, live rodents as well
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and safety standards. Experience
• Proven experience in a technician role or similar position is preferred.
• ability to maintain own schedule
• C-2 license
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus, showcasing the ability to interact positively with clients.
