Now, we're expanding - and we're looking for future leaders who are ready to hustle. What You 'll Do: This is a lead generation role - no closing necessary. You'll be the face of Rooftop Power, creating new opportunities and sparking interest by:

• Engaging with homeowners and educating them on the financial and environmental benefits of solar
• Generating leads through canvassing, events, referrals, and more
• Maintaining a personal schedule and staying organized using your calendar
• Representing Rooftop Power with a positive, professional attitude every day

What You Bring

to the Table:

• A high school diploma or GED
• A year of sales experience (solar experience = a BIG plus)
• Natural people skills - you know how to connect without being pushy
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Comfortable working outdoors and standing/walking for extended periods
