• Discover New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business across industries including Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution, Logistics, Light Industrial, and Administrative sectors.
• Strategic Research: Perform in-depth research on potential clients and develop customized business acquisition strategies.
• Engage Prospects: Connect with prospects through in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver impactful sales presentations and negotiate contracts effectively.
• Client Relationships: Foster long-term client partnerships with strategic communication and creative sales approaches.
• Networking & Training: Attend networking events, industry conferences, and ongoing training to remain competitive and informed.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-tier service while following our proven strategic sales process.
• Detailed Documentation: Accurately record all sales activity within our CRM and lead generation systems. What We 're Looking For:
• Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in outside sales.
• Proven Success: A track record of strong performance and job stability.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, paired with strong organizational skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
