Falls Church, VA | Full-Time Nonagon Productions is on a mission to scale, fast. We're a video production company that creates high-impact commercial video. Now, we're looking for a fierce, growth-minded Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead the charge. This is not your average sales role. What You'll Do

:

• Close high-ticket commercial video projects -- with 20% commission of gross revenue of every deal you land. Average deal value is $10k.
• Lead and manage a small internal team (3-person squad), setting and hitting quarterly sales goals
• Own our sales pipeline, from outreach and lead generation to proposals and closing
• Design and refine internal systems to optimize how we generate, nurture, and convert leads
• Oversee budget allocation across marketing, sales, and operational initiatives
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to scale revenue aggressively
• Track KPIs, improve workflows, and make data-driven decisions to hit and exceed growth targets You Are:

Compensation

& Perks:

• $45,000 base salary
• 20% commission on gross deal value (ex: $1,500-$2,000 per $7.5k-$10k deal)
