: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our State Farm agency team. This role offers a competitive base salary between $35,000 and $45,000 (depending on experience), plus a generous commission structure. Key Responsibilities

: Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and personalized service. Proactively generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales. Educate clients on insurance options and recommend suitable coverage based on their needs. Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics. Maintain compliance with all state and company regulations.

Qualifications

: Licensed in Life & Health Insurance and Property & Casualty Insurance (required). Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Goal-oriented, driven, and enthusiastic about helping clients.
