Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee and enhance our operations within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive services, and possess customer service skills. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, including experience with Engines and automotive diagnostics, as well as the ability to align business strategies with customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with customers within the assigned territory to drive sales growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct regular visits to dealerships and service centers to promote products and services.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for demonstrations or repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with the store team to align with customer feedback and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory levels.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on product features and benefits.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in automotive diagnostics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or territory management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of operations and mechanics of a Quick Lube.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to automotive service.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve sales performance.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A valid driver's license is required for travel within the territory.
