Chapman of Horsham is currently looking for an Automotive Pre-owned Manager to join our team! As the Pre-owned Manager, you will be responsible for managing used car inventory and assisting in the sales process by effectively managing salespeople while maximizing volume, profit, and the customer experience.

Responsibilities

:

• Purchasing and selling vehicles via live and online auctions.
• Appraising vehicles on various makes and models.
• Properly certifying cars and completing correct paperwork needed.
• Ensuring web pricing and vehicle descriptions with photos are up to date.
• Dispatch and approve used vehicles in Service.
• Oversee all reconditioning for used and wholesale vehicles.
• Collaborating with sales consultants to determine the best vehicle selection to satisfy customers' needs and wants.

Qualifications

:

• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Sales Management experience required.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Consistent follow up and follow through.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include MVR and drug screening.
• Must have some experience in using dealership management software and other relevant tools. Job Type: Full-time
