Please Apply if you have New Car Franchise Automotive RECENT Sales Desk Manager Experience ONLY. We are not looking for a GSM or GM. We interviewing for a top performing Sales/ Desk Manager for our Volkswagen dealership located in Linden, NJ. (VW or Audi Dealership Experience Preferred). If you feel you have the ability to effectively manage and lead 7 salespeople, 2 BDC reps and the Finance and Used Car Departments and follow company policies and procedures then we want to hear from you. This is a dealership position and a qualified candidate is required to have extensive automotive experience. From Production to Customer Service, From Closing Deals to making sure all deals are funded right the first time and more. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
