Requirements

: Goal-Driven Familiar with technology Outgoing with excellent people skills - MOTIVATED, INSPIRED & DRIVEN to make some serious money. Oregon or Washington Real Estate License (or desire to get a license) Sales skills are a plus (but we also offer lots of training). Knowledge of Portland/Vancouver surrounding counties and neighborhoods (or the desire to learn). Please note - a committed, focused, hard-working agent in this position can make up to $100,000+ (after splits & minimal expenses) in their first year and much more thereafter.
