Compensation

: $22 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities

:

• Call Leads: Proactively reach out to potential customers using provided leads to discuss their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Answer Sales Calls: Handle incoming sales inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Follow-Up: Engage with current policyholders to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and explore opportunities for upselling additional coverage.
• Productivity: Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting and exceeding sales targets while ensuring quality customer interactions.
