Job Title - Customer Service Representative - Inside Sales & Technical Support

Overview

: We're looking for a proactive, technically-savvy Customer Service Representative who thrives in a customer-facing role that blends outside sales support with hands-on technical assistance. This position plays a critical role in building strong relationships with dealers, end users, and distribution partners by delivering world-class service, guiding product selection, and ensuring proper installation and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

: - Serve as the first point of contact for B2B and B2C customer inquiries related to product selection, performance, compatibility, and troubleshooting. - Support outside sales efforts by engaging with existing and potential customers to understand needs, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction. - Conduct follow-up outreach on quotes, open opportunities, and dealer support issues. - Assist with onboarding and training of new dealers and distributors, including technical product walkthroughs and basic setup instruction. - Document all interactions in CRM to track customer needs, technical concerns, and follow-up actions. - Collaborate with sales, engineering, and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery and issue resolution. - Attend trade shows and customer visits as needed to support field sales activities and technical demonstrations.

Qualifications

: - 2+ years in customer service, technical support, or outside sales-- preferably in a manufacturing, water filtration, or technical product environment. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to explain complex concepts clearly. - Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. - Ability to travel occasionally to support sales and trade events. - Self-starter with a passion for helping customers and solving problems.
