Responsibilities

:

• Customer Interaction : Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, answering phone inquiries with professionalism and scheduling in-home consultation appointments to assess their needs accurately.
• Sales Excellence : Conduct thorough and persuasive in-home presentations showcasing Garage Force's unique value.
• Operational Management : Oversee and manage the installation schedule, ensuring efficient and effective job assignments as well as monitoring productivity and quality standards.
• Team Leadership : Lead, motivate, and oversee the crew teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork. Provide guidance and support to ensure all members are aligned with our goals and delivering top-notch service.
• Business Growth : Actively contribute to the business growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, enhancing customer satisfaction, and implementing strategies to increase market share.

Requirements

:

• Experience : Proven track record of successful sales performance, specifically with face-to-face selling. Experience in management, especially in overseeing teams and operational workflows, is highly desirable.
• Skills : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers. Strong organizational and leadership skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Attitude : A team-first mentality and results-driven approach, with a focus on achieving sales targets and business growth. The ability to work well under pressure and adapt to the dynamic needs of the business.
