Sales Manager/Closer

Duties

: - Conduct calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market and trends in the automotive industry - Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences - Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers to close sales - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate inventory control and availability of vehicles - Utilize retail math skills to calculate pricing, discounts, and financing terms for customers - Maintain an organized and efficient workflow to maximize productivity Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers - Excellent negotiation skills to close sales and achieve targets - Proficient in math to accurately calculate pricing, discounts, and financing options - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage customer information and paperwork effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs If you are passionate about cars, have excellent sales skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we invite you to join our team as a Sales Manager/Closer.
