The Field We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to specialize in our software support renewals and hardware quote processes. The ideal candidate will work independently while continuously seeking ways to enhance our customers' experience. We prefer techsavvy professionals with a solid understanding of business processes and prior sales experience.

Responsibilities

:

• Develop a deep understanding of Logic's software support renewal processes
• Collaborate with sales representatives on customerspecific inquiries
• Request and manage quotations and lead times from suppliers
• Handle inbound sales queue phone calls and respond to online chat inquiries
• Conduct outbound phone calls and emails to address customer project needs, including product availability and pricing
• Assist customers with quoting and order processing
• Work closely with Logic's procurement team to ensure efficient processing of purchase orders

Qualifications

Requirements

:

• Minimum of 3+ years professional experience in a fastpaced business environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent analytical and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.50 - $26.25 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
