Are you a high energy, team-oriented person who enjoys engaging with customers and transforming women's lives? Milano Collection is looking for a Sales Associate experienced in selling high end products or services, who can engage with existing and new customers in person and via phone/video.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Be knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Ensure orders secured are processed and completed
• Other duties as needed

Requirements

• Successful track record in selling high end products or services
• Good communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to wear a wig for consultations where needed - prior wig wearing experience highly valued but not required
• Friendly and energetic personality that thrives in a team environment
• Good project management, organization and follow through skills
• Computer savvy, adept at Microsoft Outlook and point of sale systems
• Perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good multi-tasker
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
