We are currently looking for a POSITIVE, HARD WORKING, AND OUTGOING individual to join our sales team! Sick and tired of just having a job and looking for a career? PAY PLAN IS UP TO 35% OF FRONT GROSS, AND 10% OF BACKEND PRODUCT GROSS!!! As a Sales Professional you will:

• Attend weekly sales meetings
• Keeping the lot organized
• Respond to internet leads within a set time
• Meet and greet customers on the lot and assist them
• Present and demo vehicles with customer
• Explain terms of the deal to customer
• Introduce every customer to Sales Manager
• Always follow up with customers!
• Maintain all certifications

Qualifications

:

• Must have at least 2 years franchise store experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• The drive to excel
• Positive attitude
• Dependable
• Willingness to learn
• Drivers license Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
