Balencia is a growing medical aesthetics practice with several locations in Rhode Island. Balencia provides non/minimally invasive skin, body and wellness services with strong emphasis on patient satisfaction and ethical sales practices. We are looking for a Sales and Marketing manager with strong sales experience to lead our growth. Previous medical aesthetic practice/spa experience not required but prefer those with experience in hospitality industry.. This opportunity is great for career minded candidate looking to grow with a strong company in a high growth business niche. Must be able to work from all of our current locations. Part-time OK

Responsibilities

:

• Set up sales targets in consultation with management and deliver results
• Close leads and Sales opportunities on a timely and consistent basis.
• Follow up on sales leads with phone calls, emails and SMS
• Prefer experience with CRM but will train
• Be able to monitor and understand competition
• Develop quarterly sales plan in consultation with management.
• Do in-person consultations with patients recommending different services as needed. Will train if needed.
• Help plan and execute events
• Be able to call prospects who respond to our marketing campaigns. This is a core requirement.
• Help with reception area work when needed.

Qualifications

:

• Experience in Sales Management in medical aesthetics
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities
• Self motivated and self-directed
• Have a good personal presentation
• Strong computer skills
