Job Type: Part-Time (3-4 days/week) Shifts: 11 AM - 7 PM Rotating schedule:

• Team A: Sunday-Tuesday + every other Wednesday
• Team B: Thursday-Saturday + every other Wednesday

What You'll Do

As a Retail Sales Representative , you'll represent AT &T inside a Target store--offering top-tier wireless and internet services to shoppers. You'll be the friendly face who helps customers get connected, save money, and find the best plan for their needs. This is NOT a cash register role--this is a high-energy sales role where you'll engage with customers, showcase products, and close sales confidently. What We're Looking For Comfortable starting conversations with strangers Energetic and enthusiastic personality Must be able to stand on your feet 7-8 hours Must be able to work weekends Reliable transportation (you may need to carry a small kiosk to and from the store) Commission-driven mindset Bonus if you 're: Bilingual Experienced in retail or sales (but not required--we'll train you!)
