• You have 3+ years in Customer Service and Sales working with Mechanical / Industrial equipment.
• You possess knowledge of Automotive or Industrial market segments. Mechanical knowledge or ability preferred.
• You have inside sales experience within a wholesale (not retail) business preferred.
• You can demonstrate excellent organizational skills, be an assertive team player with problem solving skills, possess a positive Can-Do attitude, be self-motivated and have strong work ethics.
• You can show good verbal and written communication skills.
• You are computer literate and efficient in MS office products. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Proactively manage service agreements.
• Schedule appointments with customers.
• Dispatching service technicians on service calls.
• Maintain up-to-date information in the computer system.
• Regular follow-up of open service workorders to be scheduled.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Promote the products and services of the company, i.e. Service Plans.
