SALES MANAGER JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Manufacturing Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their needs and delivery dates. DUTIES Your duties are to contact customers, travel to business locations and promote Reynolds Manufacturing's high volume precision machining capabilities to bring in work. Your responsibilities include attending trade shows and conferences, following up with new and existing customers, answering any questions, preparing sales contracts, submitting orders for processing and collaborating with colleagues. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identifying and Nurturing Leads: Identifying potential customers and developing relationships with them. Understanding Customer Needs: Learning about the specific needs and challenges of potential customers. Production Knowledge: Possessing in-depth knowledge of the company process. Sales and Negotiation: Presenting project pricing, explaining features, negotiating prices and terms and closing deals. Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and distributors. Follow-up and Support: Providing ongoing support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Market Research and Analysis: Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback. Attending Trade Shows and Events: Participating in industry events to stay informed and network. Generating Leads: Identifying potential customers through various channels, such as business directories, networking and online research. Estimate Workups: Able to workup quotes for new and existing customers. Salary and Commission Based on Experience Job Type: Full-time
