Key Responsibilities

:

• Drive sales growth by connecting with potential clients and guiding them through our remodeling services.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Follow up consistently with leads and nurture them through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure seamless communication and project handoff.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track opportunities, and maintain clear communication.
• Work closely with management to set and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Negotiate project estimates and contracts effectively to close deals.

Preferred Qualifications

(Only a Plus):

• Experience in residential remodeling sales (kitchen, bathroom, basement projects).
• Familiarity with estimating project costs and presenting detailed proposals.
• Understanding of local building codes and permitting processes.
