We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with customers, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that suit their needs.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
• Utilize basic math skills for transactions and cash handling at the register.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the sales floor is well-organized.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Implement upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively communicate features to customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.
• Experience with cash registers and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to upselling and promoting products.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
