Overview

: As a Real Estate Showing Agent , you'll be responsible for showing properties to potential buyers and renters, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and assisting with the leasing process. Your role will involve providing property tours, answering client inquiries, and helping clients visualize their ideal living or investment space. You will be a vital part of the sales team, providing top-tier service to both buyers and tenants while working closely with our skilled agents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Show available properties to prospective buyers and renters, providing detailed property information.
• Assist in leasing processes, including showing rental properties, explaining lease terms, and helping clients complete necessary paperwork.
• Build rapport with clients and answer questions related to properties, the leasing process, and real estate trends.
• Work closely with our sales team to ensure clients' needs are met throughout the viewing process.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of available listings, both for sale and for lease.
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all clients.

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts Real Estate License
• Minimum of 1year of real estate experience
• Proficiency in GSuite and strong technical aptitude
• Flexible schedule

Compensation

This is a full commission-based position with limitless earning potential. Beyond your own transactions, you'll earn per closing from your mentees, with the potential to make $150,000 annually or more. Plus, you won't need to source clients; we'll bring coaching clients to you!
