Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales professional to join our southern sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Our Souther store locations:

• Titusville
• Merritt Island

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques and strategies.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market demands.
• Ensure all areas are tidy and well-organized, including workstations, storage areas, and common spaces.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to keep the workspace in top condition.
• Arrange and display products neatly and attractively to enhance customer experience and promote sales. Skills
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
