This Position is onsite This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the mortgage industry. Summit Home Lending will provide on the job training, all the mortgage education and tools to pass the NMLS SAFE exam. This is a career path in the exciting world of financial services with No Experience Necessary

Responsibilities

• Builds rapport with existing and potential borrowers
• Contact borrowers and facilitate an introductory call to a licensed Loan Officer.
• Dedication to learn the training program and understand the full life cycle of a loan
• Excel in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask
• Willingness to learn and adapt to industry changes and company policies
• Maintain professionalism by meeting and exceeding customer service expectations

Requirements

• No sales experience necessary
• Sales and call center experience preferred but not required
• Highly driven self-motivated induvial who can succeed in a fast-paced energetic environment
• Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential with a positive attitude and willingness to embrace coaching for continues improvement.
• Must be able to pass the NMLS exam, credit and background Education and Licensing
• High School Diploma or equivalent Other
