Franklin Ford of Franklin, Massachusetts is looking for a General Sales Manager. We have a management team in place that needs a strong leader, capable of managing a store and driving sales staff to produce results. Franklin Ford is part of a family owned group that has been around for 70 years and has the customers and staff to show for it! Previous Ford experience is a plus but is not necessary to apply.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in New Vehicle Automotive Dealerships
• Commercial vehicle knowledge is a plus but not necessary
• Ability and knowledge to order vehicles through Fords ordering catalog
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
• Ability to manage, motivate, and coach a sales team
• Knowledge of CDK and CRM systems (Elead Preferred)
• Ability to drive New car sales production with Sales staff and Management team
• Knowledge and ability to appraise used cars and manage used vehicle inventory
• Track record of meeting or exceeding New Vehicle CSI scores
• Ability to work with other department heads when needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
