Full description of the position

We are seeking a results-driven producer to join our employee benefits team at our insurance brokerage. The candidate will be responsible for growing our client base of accounts with 25+ employees. This role involves both maintaining existing relationships and driving new sales within the same market segment.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the 25+ employee market segment.
• Consultation: Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on employee benefits plans, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential referral sources.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of Capitol

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in employee benefits.
