Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience, assisting customers with their needs, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions accurately, and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on the sales floor and replenishing items as needed.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing inquiries and product availability.
• Communicate product features and benefits to customers to drive sales and enhance their shopping experience.
• Uphold store standards by keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with cash register operations.
• Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
