Role

Overview

The Account Executive is an outbound acquisition sales role that represents a large regional telecom provider that will sell telecommunications and fiberoptic internet services offered by our client, to new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
• Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
• Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
• Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
• Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities

Education and Experience

• Six (6) months of call center experience preferred.
• One (1) year of acquisition sales required three; (3) years or more preferred. Supervisory

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 per hour
