This position involves P&C quotes/ sales from the marketplace, invoices, endorsements and cancellations for personal insurance accounts. This opening is located at our League City office. Essential

Responsibilities

:

• Assist with quoting new and renewal personal insurance business
• Invoice insurance policies, endorsements and cancellations
• Prepare billing for TWIA client's
• Communicate the status of pending changes, cancellations and account issues to company producers
• Communicate efficiently with clients, insurance carrier underwriting representatives and company service units via telephone and email
• Coordinate with company producers and company personnel in the placement of clients coverage
• Maintain confidentiality of clients personal and financial information
• Familiarity with Independent Home and Auto insurance markets, TWIA and Flood insurance a plus..
