Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed new business production goals and objectives.
• Develop insurance quotes, present tailored solutions, and close sales.
• Build and maintain networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and Business Owners.
• Educate clients on commercial insurance policies that best suit their business needs.
• Prospect and generate new business through agency-provided leads and referrals.
• Utilize VOIP telephone systems, automatic dialers, CRM systems, and other technologies to connect with prospective clients.
• Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and follow-up activities.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required.
• Minimum 1 year of prior commercial insurance experience required.
• Active Property and Casualty License (or ability to obtain quickly).
• Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close deals.
• Tech-savvy with strong typing skills and ability to master new systems.
• Professional phone and email etiquette.
• Career-focused mindset with a sense of urgency and drive to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
