Cigar Insurance USA, based in Warwick, RI, is seeking a motivated Associate Account Manager to join our team. Cigar Insurance USA is the nation's premier Property & Casualty insurance agency for the cigar industry. Since then, we've developed a steady following of longstanding clients who value our thoughtful advice, personal service and exceptional attention to detail. The position would focus on commercial lines accounts.

Responsibilities

:

• Assist Account Managers and Management in all aspects of their jobs including, but not limited to: quoting, policy processing, sales, mail sorting, answering phones, office tasks, etc.
• Assist with marketing projects
• Strong attention to detail and great customer service experience
• Must be able to multi-task and enjoy working with others
• Nurture long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
• Handle and resolve complaints from customers
• Effective communication with customers through email, telephone, and mail.
• Enhances insurance agency reputation by providing quality service to new and existing customers

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 1 year experience in the insurance industry is a plus (agency or carrier)
• Rhode Island Property & Casualty Insurance License is a plus (training available)
• Prior experience using AMS360 Agency Management software is a plus Skills:
