• $100K+ income potential working just 2-3 full days per week.
• No cold calling or lead chasing. You'll step into a fully booked calendar.

• 2+ years of successful experience in luxury, high-ticket, or commission-based sales
• (Average sale value of $1,500 or more preferred)
• A strong closing record in a consultative, in-person selling environment
• Excellent emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust quickly
• Comfort using a structured script while making it feel personal and authentic
• Availability Sundays required, plus 1-2 other full in-studio days per week (12-hour shifts) Please note: This is not a coaching or customer service role. Only candidates with proven, in-person sales success will be considered. Bonus Points If You
• Have experience in luxury retail, art, or personal services

What You'll Do

• Lead in-studio consultations to guide families through artwork selection
• Build strong rapport and deliver a 5-star luxury experience
• Help clients confidently choose meaningful heirloom pieces
• Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings

• Base salary + generous commission + bonuses
• Expected earnings: $62,000-$120,000+ annually
