We are a family-owned fine jewelry boutique specializing in custom jewelry design and offering a curated selection of fine jewelry. We're looking for a self-motivated, sales-driven, and highly organized associate to join our team. If you have a passion for fine jewelry, love working with clients, and thrive in a boutique setting, we'd love to hear from you! What We're Looking For:

• A self-starter who takes initiative and is eager to grow in sales.
• Someone with strong sales skills who can confidently guide customers through purchases.
• A highly organized individual who can multitask effectively.
• A warm and engaging personality who enjoys building lasting client relationships.
• Jewelry knowledge is a plus but not required - we're happy to train the right candidate!
• Availability to work weekends is required.

Responsibilities

:

• Provide exceptional customer service , guiding clients through our custom jewelry process and in-store collections.
• Assist with jewelry and watch repair intake , ensuring accuracy and clear communication about services and timelines.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Keep the boutique well-presented and assist with inventory management.
• Stay updated on jewelry trends and materials to better assist customers.
• Maintain organization and attention to detail while juggling multiple client needs.
