Overview

We're hiring a Sales Representative who is organized , coachable , and eager to follow our proven sales process. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves helping people, works well with systems, and wants to be part of a company that values both faith and professionalism. This is an active sales role that requires initiative, consistency, and a willingness to learn. What You 'll Do

• Follow our provided sales methods and scripts to guide customers through the buying process
• Assist walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online leads with professionalism and care
• Educate customers on building types, customization options, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Use our digital quoting tools and sales CRM (training provided)
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and accurate records
• Be a team player What We 're Looking For
• Organized and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
• Willing to learn and apply our sales systems (training provided)
• Positive attitude , eager to grow personally and professionally
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work Monday-Saturday (with scheduled days off)
