Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our in-office team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a valid Texas Property & Casualty license who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Youll play a critical role in generating new business, closing sales, and building lasting client relationships. Salary: $55000.00 - $120000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Engage with leads and referrals through calls, emails, and walk-ins Educate potential clients on insurance options and recommend appropriate coverages Generate and present insurance quotes with confidence and clarity Close sales and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records in our agency management system Collaborate with the team to achieve agency sales goals Participate in ongoing training and development

Requirements

Active Texas Property & Casualty license Required Previous sales experience (insurance sales preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-driven Comfortable working full-time in our Hurst, TX office Positive attitude and team-first mentality
