Job Summary

: We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong ability to upsell, promote products, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor while ensuring an outstanding shopping experience.

Responsibilities

:

• Greet and engage customers to provide personalized service and product recommendations for their cell phone services.
• Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits to drive sales.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and resolving any issues efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay knowledgeable about the company's cell products and services to educate and inform customers.
• Answer phone inquiries with proper etiquette and assist customers with questions or issues.
• Identify upselling opportunities to maximize sales and revenue.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive store environment and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

:

• Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional service and build customer relationships.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with technology and ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Professionalism: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
