About the Position The Sales Support Specialist's primary responsibility is to work with the order management system, providing excellent customer service to our clients as well as to our sales team and supplier partners. As part of our Sales Support team, you will be ensuring customer satisfaction by answering inquiries via phone and email, providing product information, processing purchase orders, returns and samples requests. This position reports to the Chief of Staff.

Responsibilities

• Constantly interacting with the sales team, assisting with their orders and samples requests.
• Process customer orders and returns.
• Assist customers with their inquiries/complaints. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
