In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. You will utilize your communication and negotiation skills to assist clients in making informed decisions while promoting our services effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, availability, and pricing to customers.
• Assist customers in making reservations and modifications to existing bookings.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
