About Relay On Demand Relay On Demand is a fast-growing marketplace that connects drivers and carriers in the trucking industry. It's like the Uber for truck drivers and carriers! Our platform helps carriers find experienced drivers on demand while giving drivers flexible job opportunities. We're on a mission to change how logistics transportation works--faster, easier, and smarter. The Role We're looking for a hungry, self-motivated Inside Sales Rep to help us grow our carrier subscriber base and boost engagement with drivers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on closing deals, is excited by the hustle, and loves working in a high-reward, performance-based environment within the logistics transportation industry. What You 'll Do

• Call, email, and text warm and cold leads (carriers and drivers)
• Pitch and demo the Relay platform to prospective carriers
• Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into paying customers
• Onboard and upsell driver memberships when applicable
• Track activities and manage pipeline in CRM (we'll provide tools)
• Crush weekly/monthly KPIs for calls, demos, and sign-ups
• Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategy and customer experience

What You Bring

• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role
• High-energy, self-starter attitude--you get stuff done without being told
• Strong communicator and persuasive closer
• Familiarity with the trucking or logistics space is a huge plus
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Organized and data-driven, you love chasing goals
